Delivery Terms
Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days. During high season, summer, and sale periods, delivery may take longer.
We ship all orders with PostNord. We are not financially responsible for delays caused by the shipping company and cannot be held liable for shipments lost during handling by the carrier.
If you discover damage to the package, report it immediately to the post office or the carrier and file a damage report. Do not collect a damaged package! If the damage is discovered after opening the package and it can be attributed to the shipping company's handling, contact them and file a damage report.
In case of errors, missing/damaged items, or if your package has not arrived, notify us within 14 days from the order date.
If you place an order but do not collect the package before it is returned to us, we will charge you SEK 395 to cover handling and return costs.
Shipping Cost
Shipping within Sweden starts at SEK 49 (free shipping on orders over SEK 499). Shipping to other parts of Europe starts at SEK 99.
Right of Withdrawal / Claims
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return ordered fault-free goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item (not valid for custom or made-to-order products). To exercise your right of withdrawal, follow the return instructions on the order specification included in the package. Only returns of unused/undamaged products in unopened packaging are accepted. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and refunds do not include transport or service costs. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is well-packaged and reaches Melrose AB (www.MelroseBeautyStore.com) undamaged. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hair extensions if the packaging has been opened. Unapproved returns will be sent back to the customer at an additional shipping cost of SEK 69.
Payment Options
Klarna Checkout After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout displays available payment options. Klarna or one of Klarna's partners handles the payment transaction, while the purchase is made directly from the store. Product or service-related inquiries should be directed to the store.
Current options include invoice, installment, card payment, or direct bank payment. Invoice is the default option.

A reminder fee of SEK 50 and late payment interest of 26.00% apply if payment is missed. A credit check may be performed. Klarna processes personal data for customer analysis, identification, credit checks, and marketing.
*Not valid for all products/services, e.g., flights, events, and custom-made goods.
Klarna Account Choose how much to pay each month. All Klarna purchases are gathered on one invoice. Pay from SEK 50/month. Monthly fee SEK 29.
Example: On a SEK 10,000 purchase, setup fee is SEK 0. Annual interest is 19.90% (effective interest rate 29.22%). Total price SEK 11,458 over 12 months (monthly SEK 955). Credit check may be performed.
